Terms And Condition

If you join this trip, you supposed to understand our terms & conditions. 

Registration or booking should be fix 14 days before the trip date. 

The destination options may change depends on the special request, dinner beach set up, flight timetables, weather (dry/rainy season), sea currents, and restriction without prior notice from the National Park. 

If you cannot complete scheduled destinations due to ill health whilst on board, please understand that there will be no refund given. 

PT Golden Oceanic Explorer is not liable for failure to perform their obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts on God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, volcanic ash cloud, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, terrorist activities, blockage, embargo, labour dispute or strike. 

PT Golden Oceanic Explorer is not responsible for any losses, damage, death, injuries or claims whatsoever arising from. Registration is done by paying a down payment minimal 30% of the total cost of the rate (non-refundable). The rest of the payment fees can be made no later than 7 days before the date agreed. Cancellation fee policy Cancellation your tour we will charge the following: Any Deposit Non-refundable From the 90 days the 61 days is 50% From the 60 days to 31 days is 75% From the 30 days to prior departure is 100% Registration without down payment can be cancelled without prior notice for participants. If you have allergic to the foods/beverages please notify us at your earliest convenience. There’s no exchange of towels & sheets during the trip due to eco-environmentally friendly reason. There is not allowed to bring your own alcoholic beverages. 

PT Golden Oceanic Explorer has the right to charge additional if there is a request for service support by participants. 


FORCE MAJEURE (Including World Pandemic Declaration) 

PT Golden Oceanic Explorer will not be liable to you and/or any other parties for any delay or disruption including “no-show” caused by a Force Majeure event, whether or not such events were foreseeable. “Force Majeure Event” means any cause beyond the reasonable control of a party that could not, by any reasonable diligence, be avoided, including acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, embargos, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, tsunami, typhoons, pandemic outbreak and/or denial of entry or delays in the course of clearing immigration, quarantine and customs of any port of entries into a country. 


DIVE CERTIFICATION PROOF 

All guests participating in recreational guided or unguided scuba activities must present their dive certification card and/or dive log book for verification. PT Golden Oceanic Explorer reserves the right to reject any dive participation or suggest a refresher course if any scuba participant is unable to perform dive skills at level deemed safe to continue participation in normal diving activities. PT Golden Oceanic Explorer reserves the right to reject any participation in scuba diving activities if dive certification proof is not presented upon request. No refunds will be granted if any guest is rejected from participating for reasons beyond the control of PT Golden Oceanic Explorer (i.e.. failure to provide proof of dive certification/qualification or health problems) from any activities that has been prepaid.
